Just don't assume they will check it works when they fit it. I had to go back once to get the bonnet opened again and then again after they broke the badge doing it! - Toomey Basildon [-X

Mine was changed by one garage, checked by another, and now I've got a nice shiney new bonnet which has hopefully got a new catch too.

Ive just contacted renault and 137's hasnt been done so will be having it done monday

I think they were sent out in batches to avoid swamping dealers with recalls, so I don't think it's anything more than chance that means some of us are only being contacted in 2009.
