Regrettably, my Black/Gold, 2005 Renualtsport Clio 182 is now for sale as I am moving back into an E46 M3. I have owned the car 6months, in which time I have continued to build on the excellent car it was when purchased. The car has covered just over 72K which will rise slightly as still in general use.

The car is well known on both cliosport.net and cliotrophy.co.uk, where you can view the full build thread of this car, by the previous owner following the link:

For those who are unfamiliar with the Renault Sport Clio range, this car began its life as a full fat, with the standard specification as follows:
Automatic xenon headlights
Automatic wipers
Cruise control with speed limiter
Digital climate control with air-conditioning
Cup splitter (now costing £260 from Renault!)
The car has been upgraded to the trophy spec, effectively making a black/gold trophy by:
Trophy Recaro seats
Trophy/V6 larger spoiler
Cup turinis, same looking at the trophy, but give a much better offset.
Trophy front Sachs with rear adjustable Koni shocks
Other modifications to the car include:

Engine and Gearbox

Set of blue Magnecor Ignition Leads
ITG Maxogen Intake
Yanoo Stiff Shift 3.0 Kit
New Valeo Alternator at 58,750 miles
New Bosch S4 Battery at 58,750 miles
Orbisoud exhaust system, with Sports Cat and centre silencer
New genuine centre exhaust mount and manifold to cat fitting kit
New genuine BMW X5 Rear Exhaust Mounts (OEM mounts for the Orbisoud system) – fitted with Orbisoud
Evol Engineering Dog Bone Mount
Cambelt kit replaced at 70K miles, along with a full service from Rentech in Portsmouth.

Suspension and Brakes

Sachs Trophy Front Dampers (refurbished by BG Motorsport in June 2015)
Koni Adjustable Rear Dampers
Mark Fish Trophy Springs

All the above suspension parts were bought new and replaced mid 2015 (except Sachs which were refurbished and powdercoated by BG Motorsport in June.

Pretty much all of the above work/modifications are fully documented in the build thread, along with pictures.
Cosmetically, the car is in very good condition. It does have some very minor marks around the car, with some stone chipping, of which you would expect to see from an 11 year old car.

Interior is pretty much immaculate. The Recaro seats have a small amount of wear, again as to be expected with seats that have been sat in for 11 years, but there are no tears/rips/fag burns or anything, they are in very good condition still, please see pictures. The seatbelts have been recently cleaned, which do get very dirty being silver.

The car gets cleaned at least once a week with the correct methods and polished/waxed at least once per month. I am no detailer but like to give it a go. The car has recently been stage 1 machine polished, so the paintwork is better than to be expected.
The original tool kit is in the back, there are two cans of tyre foam which are unused from factory, and both keys are also present.
I have a few spare parts which will come with the car, as follows:
Full Cup suspension (front shocks, rear shocks, springs, top mounts) – kept this so I could re-fit it all if the Sachs ever needed refurbishing again at some point in the future
Various interior trim parts (handbrake gaiter, wing mirror covers, door pillars, dash trims)
5L of genuine Renault coolant
1L of brand new unopened Fuchs Titan gearbox oil
1L of brand new unopened Red Line power steering fluid
1L of brand new unopened ATE Super Gold brake fluid
Few other random spares (original aerial, bulbs etc.)

Negative points:
The car currently has a slight knocking driver’s side driveshaft due to the clip breaking and leaking the grease, I have re-filled the boot with grease and attached a new clip, but have not completely removed the knocking noise; therefore a new shaft is required. This has been reflected in the price, however, would be happy to get this done ASAP if required by new owner.
The service history of the car is not full and the car does not have the history book, this was lost before ownership – although I do have recent receipts for parts, recent work and the important cambelt/dephaser service.
I am asking for £4500 as the car currently stands, which I believe to be a fair price considering the value of the individual parts.
Any questions please ask.

Thank you. It's a lovely car with an excellent spec. I am struggling to upload pictures, but would be happy to email or text and across to anyone interested. The car can also be easily found on ebay :)
