I was just thinking I would be quicker from A-B in a CT 
from me in this case the only beauty & beast is the Cobra, sorry but..........

Had a ride in the Cobra - felt so quick in a straight line, but not as quick around the corners.
The ride in the Trophy felt firmer though.

The Cobra is a replica - built in South Africa, I think by Superformance. Designed to be as accurate to the original as is possible. Ford V8 powered.
So while it looks original it also drives like an original - the clutch is so heavy (not that I've driven it, I just sat in the drivers seat and tried it on for size)

The colour is a bit wild - it attracts lots of attention. He's also got a yellow Porsche Boxter as well.
I wanted to get the shots because I thought it would look nice with the red Trophy and the yellow Cobra together. I could have just done with a 172 Cup as well to make a set!
The Clio had a polish at the weekend and then it hasn't rained siince....

Very bold choice of colour indeed - not sure if it works for me but I'm sure the noise makes up for it

The sound is awesome. People stop and point as you ride around in it, and other drivers were leaning out of car windows to watch it go past...not for the shy retiring driver
