Don't kick me too hard, but you'd be better off with a FF182. The Trophy is very much focused for the track. It is a lovely car, and is more or less unrivalled on a b-road thrash, but for day to day, my old FF182 was better.
lol, just noticed "Former Owner" above my avatar...
Steve, I don't have one YET. But I am looking to get one. All the forums I had a quick look on are very Max Power as you say. That golfmkv seems very american. I did find one other uk-mkvs.net. Those 2 should do the trick I think.
Thanks...
Chaps,
Does anyone know of any GOOD QUALITY forums for the Golf, preferably a GTi biased one. What I mean is an equivalent to this site but for the GTi--ie. one less populated with chicken wire grill fanatics than the norm.

Spain? I am moving to Spain :) Geez.
I am really not sure about sending it. I am hoping you mean the exhaust not the car...
If so I would be looking for around £600 for the system. I bought it at the beginning of September.
Good day everyone,
It will soon be my day to leave the fabled Trophy owners club. I am leaving these shores for greater challenges abroad, so the car has to go.
I am looking to sell at the end of June, it will have about 9500k miles on it, and be in top nick. I will be selling it as...
I have this problem. Explain to them that the warning light is on due to this. They should not do the diag/road tests. If they do it will cost you £75 as its won't be covered by warranty.
Isn't there some folder where all the threads that get pulled off topic and on to the Williams go? This thread has become another one of those bullsh!t ones.
Do you *really* think you will get sympathy for doing that sort of speed on a road, let alone on a road with other cars on it. I seriously doubt it. I can't see you explaining your way out of it to the judge, but good luck! I'd have thought a minimum of 3 months ban.
