I got this letter 2 days ago and it says at the bottom they will charge me £95 for the replacement. I'm pleased you got it done for free as this doesn't sound right to me.
Suzuki Jimny!
That'l fit in your garage, or your shed..
In all serious though it's an incredibly competent off roader (if that's what your after) - most fun car i've ever owned and it laughs in the face of snow. Cheap and easy to maintain and indestructable despite looking like a fairy...
Just followed you down Upper Hale Road. Are you local? I quite often run around that route but never seen a T drive past me. Hello again if your on here.
Best I've seen. Really wanting to get mine done and retain as close to original as possible. Really like this, be interested to here how long it took to get done. Good job
Yeah, i know accidents happen and everything but to not even have the courtsey to stop just throws me. It wasn't a quick or very dramatic accident but still, i wasn't far of having a face full of glass.
This is going to get expencive i can sense it now - trip to renault then... hell i'll get...
Literally just 10 minutes ago some women crossed the magic line by a good 3 feet and smacked into my mirror, my window was down and the reflective part hit my on the chest and the plastic cover came off in one piece but now missing the clips. Anyway she didn't stop so i'm left with a broken...
9 months ownership -
CV Boot clip
Bonnet alarm pin switch - which just went missing ??
General wear and tear items:
Rear discs and pads replaced and original exhaust being replaced this weekend which i might have left on a bit too long by the sound of it.
Spotted a trophy about 5 minutes away from Surbiton station (08.10) and then about 20 minutes later i saw another one queing in trafiic just before Painshill roundabout in Cobham. Don't know either of the reg numbers though. I've only seen one other since September and now 2 in the space of half...
Are sure it's not just the battery, mine was on it's last legs for a while and sounds similar to what i experienced before replacing it. Don't know why it worked better after the first attempt but it just did
Noticed this too, got a pair delivered from blackcircles.com last week, i think it was around £250 fitted, couldn't remember what price camskill were offering though.
Planned on going but then by mistake i booked a holiday elsewhere which includes those dates #-o. Not been before, hoping to go next year. I'll write it in the diary now i think
Forgot to say, managed to find a temporary solution to this problem, amazing what a piece a standard plain white paper can do, turned out to be a faulty bonnet pin switch so I just broke the connection by stuffing paper in there to push the switch open, should be ok until I get a new one (or...
Yeah it's a strange one, i couldn't find a switch on the boot as i wanted to manually press it just to check if that may have been the problem. I'll try disconectnig the excisting battery this eve in the chance it may just need a kick as it were.
Thanks for the reply

Hi All,
When locking the car with the remote locking i just get a constant tone, it's the same noise you get when you lock the car but a door isn't closed properly or just wide open. I'm guessing it might be something to do with the fact my battery went flat the other night and something has...
That was me, your the first one i've seen since i got her in September, was just glad my girlfriend wasn't in the car to witness my child like reaction having seen another one.
True, i'm lucky enough to know some people who are quite handy with this sort of thing so fitting should be ok. I supose i just want to know whether by replacing the whole lot with the same parts but new will actually stop it from happening. Maybe the rubber over time has just got a bit tight...
Hi all,
Not a huge issue but i was hoping for a some feedback if possible,
Couple of weeks ago i took the wheels off for and inside and out clean i noticed the driver side CV rubber boot was pulling slightly away on the small end and exposing grease (had fun cleaning that off the wheels)...
