Hi guys

Looking for some advice - my driver's Recaro has developed a very irritating rattle. It sounds like a ball bearing or a screw; when I accelerate it goes one way and then the other when I brake; it's very annoying!

I've searched around the web but cannot find any answers. From listening closely, I am almost certain it is not something trapped in the runners. It sounds as if it is coming from inside the seat angle adjuster on the left hand side (as you look at the seat from the back seats). I've had a poke around with a screwdriver but cannot locate whatever it is!

Has anyone experienced this before?

Many thanks in advance.

Jack the rattly seat has been gone over a couple of times, there are some threads in the "how to guides" section that may help. Not happened to me so can't help personally.

Poke something down the runners from the back of the seat like a piece of coat hanger wire with some tape on the end and see if anything comes out the front.
