It seems ma car sits 15mm lower on the front drivers side it has refurbed Shox and cooksport springs any help would be good

I believe that if you rock the corner with the problem and there is a fair amount movement then its the shock.

If the spring has snapped I'm guessing you might hear it when turning full lock back and forth.

if it was me i would be popping the whole strut off to check it.

I know this might sound so silly but are the tyres the correct size on both sides ?

Shocks shouldn't affect the ride height? more likely to be a spring.

Have you checked the rears?they have a habit of snapping.

How old are the front springs? If u don't carry many passengers then it's probably that extra weight of the driver on one particular side has caused greater spring compression to that corner.. Most cars suffer this but not many people ever check their ride height
