Heater blower motor dying.....

hi all,

has anyone had their heater blower motor failed?

Give it a tap and it jumps into life, albeit it sounds rough!

Wondering best place to purchase a brand new one and how difficult it is to remove?

They are expensive at around £170 + vat as i was going to change mine unit it was the regulator flap that was needing done (Re-Circ Flap)

Took it out using the video on YouTube and was very straightforward to say the least.

Cleaned all the contacts and sprayed the unit with contact cleaner and runs like new!

Found a motor at Eurocarparts and they are approx £80 brand new!
