I can get a kit off eBay for £16 with a new piston and thought it's irrelevant it's not going to be silver like passenger side as I was going to hammerite them all black anyways.

Not done my Clio calipers but done enough other calipers. Just buy a kit and refresh them yourself.
Last set was my fiesta ST calipers. 99406218-57B4-4E55-9966-83C52D2657C3.jpeg12C37F40-4EB0-4F27-A19C-E9255E524FB5.jpeg

I watched a vid of a lad taking caliper off a bracket pressing pedal down brake until the piston popped out then he just replaced seal and dust seal.

They look brand new did you paint them or have them blasted?

Cleaned up with a wire brush/drill.
Washed in brake cleaner.
Painted with a brush with smoothrite silver.
Be warned though, the Hammerite will Yellow over time. I’d recommend you use a genuine 2 part caliper paint.

Was going to do them black so no worries there and do you use a certain brand for the seal kit as I just looked on Ebay

You can either do that, but it will be messy when it dumps all its fluid. Or easier to drop the calipers off and use an airline to blow them out.
I’d be tempted to use the brake pedal to push them all out 90% of the way. Then pull them out the last bit by hand using no tools unless you’re 100% fitting new pistons.
If you pop one out fully then you’ll have no pressure left in the system to do the others.

The eBay kits are all pretty good mate. You should be fine with any of them from a reputable brand.
