Hi Pete Thanks for the email – I have done a couple of sets and got some more coming in next week I think. The sets I have done already have tested up really nicely. The prices (per damper) are; Rebuild with new seals, oil, regas and dyno test - £85 Strut case Blast/powder coat and valve...

Mines on 59k had 57k when I bought it at start of march this year.

How often do people change 'normal' aftermarket shocks though ben? Granted, after 50k any shocks will not be at optimum performance but the Sachs problem is ridiculous!

Looks good.....if dampers are good then it's a bargain IMO

An excellent point marrow! However due to people wanting originality / standard car I think people will always look down on a T with cup dampers. Can't help but feel let down by Renault really eh?! Does anyone know how technical (or not) it is to service / refurb the Sachs?
