hmmmmmm alwas wondered about filters, as the car has an air mass meter which proportions the incoming air to the required volume. how can an air filter improve performance, assuming a paper filter dosent restrict airflow to an extent that the engine needs more than can be supplied.
As Mary...
you are havinig some crappy luck with that car mate!
cant beleive some people - i mean trying to nick the splitter and making a complete mess of someone elses pride and joy.

how many williams owner does it take to change a lightbulb?
3 - one to remove the bulb and 2 to hold each rusting wing to stop 'em crumbling when the bonnet is slammed shut afterwards.
not intending to scaremonger, but i have read numerous posts on the cliosport site from owners who say their engine management light comes on etc etc when fitted.
may be wrong though!
you can adjust thee door slightly, on the baar fastened to the inside of the rear quarter (b pillar) unddo the captive bolts and you can move it up and down as well as rotate it slightly - should pull the bottom in a bit.
I have just received my order of harleys no1 yellow carnauba wax. I used it this weekend and its without a doubt the most fantastic product i've ever used. It looks like its wet! it brings a really deep shine.
Any purist will tell you that carnauba is the worlds best. Some makes like zymol...
how many miles?
mine did this early on but fine now. If low miles then suggest its a bit of oil as the rings wont be properly sealed yet.
but as said, wait until good and warm before thrashing it.
its guaranteed not to fade, chip or scuff. Its hardly visible and in years to come it can be removed easily, just warm with a hairdrier and peel off. you get a warranty with it too.
honestly its the best thing ive bought for a car for years. Get it done before the winter perils ruin your car...
go on the link i posted and the adress is there along with phone number. its in grantham, linconshire
yes its deffo worth gettin them done, ok they wont rust but they will look sh*t all dashed in chips in 12 months time.
trophy - loads more fun!
You dont say which tt, 180, 225 3.2v6.......
performance is well on a par with the 225, maybe a tad quicker. Handling is far far superior in the trophy.
on the downside, you will miss the refinement, solidity and comfort of the tt. The trophy is fidgety and not...
I think initial depreciation will be the worst as it always is, however i beleive with the amount of raving reviews and the fact that its as rare as a positive post from stromba, then it will hold on well and always be in good demand. The fact that renault sold em cheap dosent matter IMO because...
I paid a discounted price of 300 as i already bought some film and attempted to fit it myself and messed up. I think the club discount price will be about the same. If you compare that price to the cost of a repaint then its money well spent IMO
Take it your car aint got one then king stroppy?
I had an horrendous crash in my beloved 3 door cossie approx 10 years ago - no airbag and seatbelt working fine. My head hit the wheel and slit open just under my eye.
An aibag would have stopped my head injury.
I can see your point from...
Hi all,
Just thought I'd share something i did at weekend! Went to grantham, linc to a compan called 'Paintshield'
They offer a guaranteed solution to stonechips. They supply and fit precision laser cut shapes that cover the stonchip prone areas of the car. I had my bonnet, front wings...
just been to a 4 wheel aliignment specialist. They used a state of the art ' hunter' machine. It looked fantastic. the left from was set at -9 minutes and the right front was on -13 minutes. anyway they set it up with -12 mins each side all the rest was fine. now has wheel perfect, but cost...
at least it is gonna be sorted mate. then you can get it back and enjoy it.
another thing, at least the aa guy had the sense to realise about the spoiler and no damage was incurred!
good luck fella, hope all goes well
what it is george my steering wheel is slightly off centre - i mean slightly, but its really annoying.
The car is perfectly tracked ie it dosent pull either way, can let go of the wheel and it will drive straight forever, its just the steering wheel. i dont want renault turds messing with it...
