be wary of of fitting poly bushes - pro's and cons of most things, the main cons being that the vibration effects of a firmer bush = most parts down the chain to fail... but the bushes will last longer...

As mentioned, with it being a cat C it's tricky to judge and will effect the price.... so would be based on how it looks, drives and sounds, service history, when the belts were last done, when the dampers were last serviced etc... if all the above ads up then i'd say you may be able to hit £4k...

I've noticed something similar in terms of clunking, thought it maybe an issue with the clutch or gearbox, but both have been replaced in the last 2 years, so started thinking it may be gear linkage.... does it sound mechanical?

Hi Rik, how's the work load re damper rebuilds looking like at the moment? Thinking of getting my spare set done ready for fitment on to the car in March time... I know one has failed on it's top/oil seal but no major damage - what sort of costing would you envisage?

@MarcB did you have a pair of the oem dampers refurb'd and retro fitted with the Twingo scraper seal? If so where did you source the seal?
