Hi, What does the warning light on my trophy mean... It is the one that looks like a heart monitor... it always as far as i can see is combined with the diesel heater light but I obviously don't have one of those... saying that there is water in the fuel.... is it ok to drive or should get it...

I am having the exact same issues at the moment. ECU came on and the car goes into limp mode. The AA came yesterday and told me is was miss firing in cylinder 1 and that it is more than likely to be the coil. The car is now at the Renault :( but only place open yesterday to have coil replaced...

Hi, The AA came and picked the car up this morning took it to the nearest Renault garage which wasn't really the nearest :) Thank you Mr AA man... His diagnosis tool said it was miss firing on cylinder 1 and I shouldnt drive it. The car is at Renault now so fingers crossed its only the coil...

Thank you for reply... Your are exactly right re the thermostat issue.. will get the stat changed. The flashing light issue the car does not want to go above certain speed is this normal... does that still sound like a gauge issue and will it be ok to drive to the garage. jsthomson

Hi Guys, Right... alternator is not working.. its been checked and it definitely needs changed. Spoke to renault today and they're quoting £340ish for labour alone... plus £130ish plus for alternator. They have said that the front bumper has to come off... is this true??? Can someone help...

Hey... I would suggest to get the pads you want and do it yourself.... It's not a hard job ... That is way over priced for the job they are doing... It'll probably take 15 - 20 per side max. They must be charging about £100 for labour. I have just done rear discs and pads for less than...

Hey.... Discs and Pads on the car and working well!!! ... so far anyway :D So new rear discs, pads, shocks and springs new front pads. Now for the front suspension reconditioning, rear and front bumpers and air splitter. jsthomson

I am trying to change rear discs.... Got the new ones at Unipart but they didn't give me the bearings... How does all this work?? Do I buy new ones and get them fitted by someone with a press? or Use the old ones... How do I get them out the old ones.... do I need a press? You guys know what...
