Mine just arrived and what a fantastic thing it is. Well done Ed and anyone involved for producing such a top quality item.
Great that it is stiff card so the pages will not crease and the colour matched wrapping was a nice touch.
The accompanying words on the cars and their owners was...
Good to see the unearthing of a Trophy even if it was only briefly for a minute as the main car was a Peugeot 106 Rallye!
at 9 minutes in.
17,000 miles the guy said.
Poverty spec with no air con..... no thanks....it's not the 1980s
Price is laughable. I wouldn't want it at a third of £35k.
Renault Sport asked us if we wanted to delete the air con on the 182 Trophy to make it lighter.
My response was a simple No....we do want to sell them.
I see in the questions section that it is also a Trader now selling it not the original owner and says it is not registered to him. As it's his business then, how difficult is it to supply pictures of the Sachs and under bonnet as several have asked for! Only had weeks to prepare the listing ....
Actually I got an Auto Trader alert for this going on sale 2 or 3 weeks ago and looked to see its history on the register and it was not listed. I was going to post about it and when I went to link to the ad it had been removed already!
They wanted £15k for it which I thought was a great price...
I think the Clio was robbed!! ;)
I think if we had only been given 1 vote instead of 3 (possibly like the previous best of this century vote?) or ranked them 1st to 3rd then the Clio 182 Trophy would have walked it .
I gave the GR my third vote for keeping the flame alive this decade but the...

When RUK sold off #001 someone posted this picture from the Monaco GP and said it was probably that car but it could have been any of the Press cars.
However today someone sent me some pictures they found and it included a similar picture but before we put the show plate on. Turns out it was a...
Shame the advert couldn't state the number or show a picture of the seat base.
50k miles. So not that low.
Amazed a trader bought the RUK Spider paying about £15k over the usual price and now expects to put another £9k on top and sell it! Its not like it was #001 which some of the other cars...
£10865 including buyers fee is cheapish and it has had a lot of money spent on it but this shows that top money will only be paid for cars close to standard and in excellent condition This was neither.
Dawn's was only 15k miles less (at 45k) but was minty fresh and got 55% more money at £17k
I'm still trying to find out what happened to that as it should have been returned to the Historic Collection in France. I have written to the Renault UK MD
Well it proves the utmost enthusiasm for these class defining and leading hot hatches that Renault Sport built and although the electric car era is bringing it to an end, they will always be loved for decades to come by enthusiasts and the next time you go to a cars and coffee in your Renault...
I think the Chris Harris glowing review in the video is helping for sure.
The buyer will also have the film to show his mates saying I have that exact car.
