Nice write up on Pistonheads
https://www.pistonheads.com/news/ph-threads/renault-clio-182---reader-s-car-of-the-week/41810
It's great to see all of the work you've put into it,cracking car.
You must be delighted with the results
Very honest view.
You dont tend to see things like that being written about Mini's,maybe I'm just reading the wrong forums etc ??
I do fancy having a go in a GP2 at some stage,so God knows what that will be like...
It looks like your more than happy to have the 182 in its place ?
What did you think if the Mini GP when you had it?
It seems to get pretty good reviews in the main,I've never driven one but I'd like to try one at some stage.
It looks like a car that can really get under your skin but obviously it's not as practical as other hot hatches but I guess that's not...
Sounds like a great way of keeping even the most basic of information together for future owners/buyers.
No doubt there is a lot of information out there already,on this site in particular but as others have said its probably all over the place on different threads etc.
Best of luck with it ?
I think Renault will be quite pleased with those results, its mad to think cars like the Mk3 Megane RS didnt make it at all...
Plus great cars that are slightly less well known like the Suzuki Swift Sport but you wont please everyone ?
And the award goes to.....

I hope the champagne is on ice ?
The poll closes on the 12th,this coming Wednesday.
The Trophy looks like it has a pretty good lead at 22% compared to the R26R in second at 14% and the EP3 at 13%.
Really good add, hopefully it will go to a good home.
It looks like you definitely have a love for fast Clio's.
It must be great having your choice of a few different William's to drive ;)
Great looking collection of cars :)
Now that would be pretty rare, even more so with that mileage.
How many of them were made?
From memory they used a similar engine to the Clio Williams, but could be wrong on that...
Great write up and what surely must be one of the best kept Trophy's underneath around.
You've obviously put a lot of work into getting the underside as good as factory fresh.
How do you find the Mark Fish springs compared to standard?
Best of luck with the sale, hopefully it finds a good home.
This was probably asked and answered before so apologies if my question was up before.
How many times can the Sachs be refreshed/rebuilt?
Does a point come when they can no longer be used or can they be refreshed indefinitely, within reason?
Well I'd say a lot of petrol heads would be quite happy to have tow cars like these sat in front of their house ;)
It sort of looks like that Clio will be staying for a while yet, denial won't last forever
