Had this on mine. Started intermittent and then was on constantly. Turned out to be both rear abs sensors. Scanned as the offside first. replaced that. rescanned and the near side was also faulty. I made a thread a few down the list with it all in there with links and part numbers etc.
yeah certainly seems that way, and shopping around and research is the only way to not constantly have the wrong parts sent out. I'd rather sit a day or two and find the parts than have the wrong ones and keep searching. I think threads like mine are going to become more and more important for...
so just to wrap this up..... both the sensor linked about and the K-tec one work and now there are no lights on the dash and a fresh MOT on the Trophy. TRISCAN are what K-tec send you (minus the box?) and seem to be more expensive so maybe stick with euspares.co.uk as they were cheaper, but...
just for info ...... ordered this today for the NSR sesnor. Mechanic says it looks correct in the pics. I'll let you all know.

Update. Off side rear from k-tec worked a treat and fixed that issue. Now it's scanning and saying near side rear needs replacing. Typical. So now on the hunt for that part. K-tec don't haven any in stock.
It was also £76 delivered from k-tec
Yeah it was intermittent to start with but now its just a constant ABS, SERV and TCS light. I'll pass on the info about what a serviceable sensor reading should be and hopefully this helps narrow it down. Sensor should be here today fingers crossed.
I'll pass this on to the garage when I drop the new sensor off. Faults have never been simple with this car haha.... mainly due to parts being hard to find. grrr
Weird you mention this. A guy in work scanned the car and it was coming up with steering angle sensor. Took it to the garage and explained this and that I didnt really want to mess with the steering wheel and air bag. The garage then scanned it and it came up as "rear right abs sensor". Garage...

Ordered from k-tec. £76 delivered (ouch) but the guy went and double checked and assured me they've put a lot of time into getting the correct parts and numbers for the Cup and Trophy.
Weirdly wouldn't tell me the part number?! Even after I had paid. Guess I'll find that out when they arrive...
Ah ok. thanks for the reply. So am I right in assuming that the cup and trophy share the same and they're different to the other 182's like the Full Fat 182s etc
Car is going for mot and I now have the traction control, abs and serv lights permanently on. So I figured I'd et the guy to plug it in and repair it befor it's mot. Turns out it is a rear sensor. He's scanned it and it said rear right but when he span both rear wheels there was no put out from...
Just general curiosity has me asking really. Seems to crop up every now and then and it never seems to get a solid answer lol
I totally get what you’re saying about keeping them oem though.
I’ve done a fair chunk of reading about this and am I right in thinking the 182 cup rear shocks are as good as the oem trophy rear shocks? Just a shit tonne cheaper.
I was passing through to find a quiet pub for all the meat and gravy yesterday and spotted a Trophy on one of the driveways. Only briefly caught a glimpse
Nah not massively close to Norwich. I’m more toward Downham Market.
Yeah I purchased it from the guy in Attleborough who had it on that plate. Wouldn’t have been last year though as I’ve had her since June 2016. He downgraded to a normal silver 182. He got it from his brother. A guy in Dereham...
Ah that was me, was out with the little lady for lunch and some shopping, I don't usually come out of town that way. I didn't see you unfortunately, but mines #413 haha our cars maybe came from the same garage around this way? Think mine was purchased Essex way?
I see engines all the time on the facebook clio sport group ranging from as low as £50 with circa 80k miles to around £200 with about 80k miles. food for thought as the belts can all be done and the engine given a refresh befor going in. i can imagine fitting the engine would cost much more than...
Just had the dephaser and cam belt done. Got the car back and have like a hissing / ticking but only when throttle is applied while driving. Sounds like insanely loud injectors. Any one have any input?
Looks like I'm going to have to do a little travelling. getting there is fine, its getting back thats the pain as the Trophy is my daily.
What kind of prices am I going to be looking at?
After a previous message about a rough bearing sounding noise I left it to get worse after no reply. A guy who has a megged 197 straight away said it'll be the dephaser..... so to that end is there any where in Norfolk or close that people would recommend using to get this changed?
I cant load a video here so link to the facebook group.
any ideas with this bearing grumble noise from the belt side of the engine..... sounds like its lower down...
