    Front Lower spoiler needed

The Renault part no is 8200248910 the last time they were for sale they were as I recall about £300 but NLA. ive bought a couple in the past so they do crop up. Good luck with the search. People fit Skoda things and some KTec products but there’s no doubt the genuine one looks the best.

you’re trying to apply logic to it. When you’ve been around Trophys for a while you will realise it doesn’t apply

Trophy Wanted - 2020 Rolex Submariner Date offered in PX (unworn)

yes I’ve had it from brand new. 10 yrs old this year. I’ve done about 1000 miles a year in it. I’ve not used it since 2019 but still like to roll it out the garage now and again. Probably the last car in my collection I would sell

Trophy Wanted - 2020 Rolex Submariner Date offered in PX (unworn)

yes from that it does sound more likely to be the 11. It’s not an easy one to work a deal on really as everyone knows Rolex RRP, but equally I suppose everyone knows anyone who’s had a Trophy for more than a couple of years paid less than the price they are selling at now. I think as in all such...

Trophy Wanted - 2020 Rolex Submariner Date offered in PX (unworn)

Guessing if it’s a ‘20 model it could be a 126610 or a 116610, What value do you have in mind for it. Accepting it will be more than RRP.

It’s a very interesting proposition. Where do they make their money? ....just in the buyers premium
  18. Ashtons99

    #42 on Collecting Cars.

So what’s the score with CC. Can you dip your toe in the water if you’re selling and set a reserve at say £10k at no cost if it doesn’t make it
  19. Ashtons99

    #42 on Collecting Cars.

The out of step sales prices do seem to be peculiar to CC. Nowhere else have cars been making these prices. Good news for CC as they will become the main recognised platform for selling these cars. The one on PH with similar mileage but on the face of it a far better car for a couple of £k more...

    #42 on Collecting Cars.

So that works out at nearly £13k for a car that looks like it’s been left in the corner of a garage for years. The mileage is ok but that’s about all you can say in its favour.

A couple of nights in the engine bay

Hi Ian, given I’ve probably done 50 miles since I did it yes it looks very much the same. I used hycote crinkle finish paint. Very easy to use if you follow the directions on the can. Obviously stripped most of the stuff off the top of the engine then masked the rest. It too onerous. Give it a go

    193 For Sale

Great car, some good photos, hopefully you will find a buyer happy to accept the deviation from standard. It does narrow the appeal of the car as many will no doubt want something as close to standard as possible. Good luck though

    #42 on Collecting Cars.

Accepting that the new buyer may appear on here in the future - or may already be on but I have to say the engine bay looks a dogs arse. The car just shouts neglect

Trophy covered 450 faultless miles today!

That’s more than I’ve done in about 3 yrs 🤣
  28. Ashtons99

    Low Mileage Trophy for sale.

i just don’t think the appetite is there with buyers yet to pay anything like the £15k+ optimistically sought by a couple of buyers. The cache is just not there yet. Maybe like the Williams 10yrs ago, albeit there will always be many more williams out there than the Trophy. £15k these days...

Is the step up to a trophy worth it?

I’ve owned mine 6 yrs now and done 3000 miles in my ownership. I’ve got to the point now where its become a bit of a decoration in the garage. Similar with my 200. I think I’ve got to the point with mine where i just see it as an alternative to having my money in the bank. It’s fairly secure...

Is the step up to a trophy worth it?

At one point I had the Trophy, a 200 and a 182 Cup. (I sold the cup for some reason) out of the 3 the cup was the nicest drive and for me I couldn’t really split the cup and the trophy. You wouldn’t get into a trophy and think “wow I’m glad I threw that extra £5k in” if you gave a nice low...
