Looking for a exhaust that doesn't give me a headache on a motorway unlike the scorpion that's on the car at the moment:)
I have read a few mixed reviews on the Miltek but am aware it comes resonated or not and heard nothing but good reviews about the Orbisound but read they are expensive.

Whilst I'm not sure about the version with the extra silencer, the Orbisoud cannot be described as quiet, someone on here once described it as sounding like a small plane taking off when I was giving it some. Having said that I really like it, I don't really notice it in the cabin and think it has a nice burble rather than the uncomfortable rasp of some. YouTube is your friend here. Yes they are expensive but if cared for will probably last longer than the car and have a good resale value. The main problem will be finding one. No one imports them now and they are rarely for sale second leaving buying direct pretty much the only option but just a quick jaunt down to Paris.

Piper - I switched from an inherited Powerflow to this and noticed a great difference in noise. I could have a conversation on the motorway! Build quality is good as well.

I could not think what was on my first trophy as it was good noise at high revs but no drone on motorways. I will look at the piper as I'm going to Europe in it for 2 weeks in September and wouldn't make it 2 hours with the scorpion.

Do you have the piper de catted or a sports cat on by any chance? Reason I was asking is because I wanted rid of the cat aswell but didn't know If it would drastically make it louder.

Catback with the standard cat - think it gets a tad loud decatted!

Ok will go with that then see if it's quite enough to consider a sports cat at a later date

If that's the case I will leave it on.
Thanks

What other options are there?

I have - I believe - a custom job after what I assume the standard exhaust failing. It is quiet (too quiet for me) but more importantly doesn't fit nicely. I'd like something a bit sportier but build quality is an absolute priority for me.

If you can find one, the BTM system sounds nice and isn’t overly loud inside. Light weight and looks nice.
However if you want something completely bespoke and quality unlike anything else, speak to Matt @ Simpson Race Exhausts in Slough.

Mike Edwards does some decent work, he’s Surrey area I think.

Or ProSpeed in Cardiff offer a lifetime guarantee - like other owners with their system, I’m very happy!

I can only echo Tim's comment regarding ProSpeed in Cardiff - a fantastic system that is very well-built and at a sensible price. Charlie is happy to make it as loud, quiet, raspy, boomy, etc. as you desire.

Quite happy with the Piper as I put it on last week, and can now have a conversation on the motorway. It fitted like a dream too
