is there much diffence between Mark Fish bolt in suspension mounts vs ktr top mounts

I wouldn't say chalk and cheese but the MF mounts are much more track orientated, better built, a larger rose joint and as they are bolt on much less likely to slip and provide a firmer base for the strut. The AST mount is a better unit than the KTR if you want something in between.
