tidy looking laps, were you running road tyres? I was taking surtees flat with r888's on. Albeit maybe not at the same speed.

DC2 i presume?

Yeah is a DC2, was running on A048, can't go flat out in Surtees it will just understeer into the grass  In the other car I can like Civic EG which have slower speed.

Sorry for the Clio but my ex Hakkinen '91 F1 Lotus* set a new record at Brands Hatch (I was £500 short of buying that car in 2004 ;) )

Taking nothing away from a great lap in a great car but is this comparing like for like? Was the Clio modified, did it have a roll cage? Although I suspect a DC2 would always have the legs on a Clio with like for like mods.

Fantastic laps indeed, very consistent too.

That car flies, what power is it running roughly? Or is it all just chassis set-up mods?

I'm hoping for sub-50's this year around Brands, but doubt I will do it as it always has 2 people in the car and that is a very fast time  . Would love a clear track like that though :D

Are you involved in a race team or is that just your track car out of interest?
