Rubbing sound after spring and damper change

I took the trophy down to the local garage and had the front springs and dampers taken off and replaced with new mark fish springs and some brand new cup dampers. The problem is that under compression (fast turn in or over dips) I get a rubbing sound- anyone got any ideas?

Btw (the original top mounts were reused- I’ve got the upgraded Renault top mounts ready for when the Sachs go back on).

As a random check my 182 non cup had a handbrake cable which wasnt the exact one and slightly too long. This ended up just fouling my rear wheel on compressions causing a noise.
