Or so it’s rumoured
It's true. Currently trying to find out the number...
Dropped them a line about the seats, hoping they are still around.
I only live 15 mins away if anyone wants anything viewing
This one? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Clio-RS-...141022?hash=item3af7d69f5e:g:ZnYAAOSwfcVUE-yg
Hmmmm.....photos certainly not taken at Renparts........they also ran out of red arrows some years ago !!
Haha. I'm unsure it is the dame one as well, I just starting searching and this came up, very similar mileage. Shame.
"The engine number can be checked to confirm its Clio Trophy origin"
This isn't possible, is it?
No - I don't think it is, Tim. My understanding is that the only way is by checking the sticker on the Recaro seat base (which isn't ideal!)
Has this not been breaking for the past god many years? @MarcB
@TonkaTruck ...thats what i thought...rear ended and date on window is 2012
No, this is a fresh one.
No seats they tell me
...which makes it difficult to determine it's number! It was a bit of a strange move to release a limited edition variant and not tie, for example, the VIN to the production number.
Nice to see red arrow man still at it he must be a millionaire by now selling parts for them prices
The red arrow man is on smack and has been for many years, He has one trophy that he has been selling parts from for many months if not over a year and they prices are crazy. All has parts have red arrows for some reason.
The car that Renparts is breaking has been breaking for months if not over a year also.
I called up over 5/6 months ago looking for some parts but all the cream had been taken off it.
Here is a couple of parts from it.
In reality once you’ve had the seats, front dampers, rear spoiler and wheels off a Trophy the rest of the car is very much run of the 182 mill. If you’re lucky you might find the front splitter intact I suppose.
It seems such a shame to break these cars for the few trophy parts when this one looks like it could"ve been repaired
So is this or is it not the car?
The one in the pics has been around for months.
Will be inpresssd if they break g another on 51k exactly.
