Paint chip

One week old and I've got my first stone chip smack in the middle of the bonnet. I am sick!!

Any suggestions as to what I can do?

More then likely there's a chips away type company in your area, they should be able to touch it up no problem

My mate chipped my door pissed up :evil:

I took it Renault Manchester and they patched it up for me free of charge

I came back from the donington trackday with another 4 or 5 chips in the bonnet and a chip in the windscreen It's inevitable really in the end though.

What doesn't help is when 182's go off in front of you trying to stay ahead and end up throwing half the gravel trap back at you :shock: :lol:

Agree with Nik

Chips are going to happen, it's just a case of getting them touched up really.

Ive not got any yet, however when i got the car i bought some capsicum red touch up from renault. As the brush is sh*t try this for a really neat application- buy some wooden kebab skewers with sharp pointy ends. then when you wanna touch up, bolb a small amount of paint onto a plastic surface then dip in the kebab stick and apply with that - really neat and no overpaint.
