I was watching a programme last night about Anti Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) and how they can be issued to people who annoy others etc (e.g. a guy living on a street was issued one after telling fellow residents they had parked illegally... likewise the guy who preaches Christianity in Oxford Circus).
It got me thinking - can you issue an ASBO to someone who pesters people online?
It could be interesting. If a particular person shows up on this board again (who has in the past been banned) do you think that person could be issued with an ASBO?
