Take a sec hand cat and removed the insides here the cats insides when I stared

and here it is after I had cut it in haft and smashed the insides off the cat out

and here it is after I had weld ind the to hafts back together

and the inside after all that work

Could you not bash the inners out to allow a pipe to be welded in and through the middle?

Yes I have it has freed it up a bit and you always have to start some were and I started here more mods coming soon. I tried to smash the inners out but on joy but you could always run a big drill down the middle They is also two cats in there.
