What is the most you have ever done on these in the gym? Be honest. I'll start.... current best is:

DeadLifts=120KG
Squats=70KG

I haven't been training that long (about 2 years I'm 20 now) but I take it pretty seriously:

Squat: 150kg (full depth)
Bench: 130kg approx (haven't tested 1 rep max in a while)
Deadlift: 205kg

Any other lifters on ClioTrophy.co.uk?!

That's good going then. Keep lifting, eating lots and resting when necessary and you'll be throwing around bigger numbers in no time! :D

I'm 5'10" and 14 1/2 stone but not as lean as I'd like. Always want to be bigger! I initially lifted weights for rugby but I've long since given that up.

I've been weight training on and off for about 15 years. I'm 6ft and used to be a 9.5stone lanky streak of pish. Went up to nearly 13 stone, but been around 12 stone for the past 8 years. My problem is finding time, juggling work and time with kids.

For squats I do 145kg to parallel, don't do deadlifts, what with my ectomorph frame, kept banging my knees with the bar. Do 95kg bench. I don't train for mass anymore, just to keep in shape and stay fit.

different topic but good!

At 33 years and training for just about 2 years:

bench - 95kg for 3 reps
deadlift 130kg for just 1 rep
squats 120ish (just keep puttin weight on without takin notice).
Can also do a 48 minute 10k.

Im 5,7 height and just about 10 1/4 stone.

never done the max thing - just do 5 x 10 reps of 12kg on the bench - feel the burn then do tri pulls for the arms.

may give it a go and post up - on cardio this friday so not back on the arms, upper body till next week.

I'm 5"8 and 14 stone 4lb. I was 15 stone before I joined. I've reduced a lot of body fat, could not tell how much as I have never had it measured. I've also Increased muscle mass too. Its all good. I'm crap at bench, as my upper body in general is rubbish. I'm a cyclist by trade, so that side of it is less important anyway. I want legs like Chris Hoy, damn have you seen them. He must have to sow his own trousers lol. :mrgreen:
