They are complete muppets. I've been with them for a cpl of years and everytime I deal with them my blood boils.

I totally agree.Following the recent "how much do you pay thread" decided to do some digging on line, basically i seem to be paying almost double, what i could get it for. Customer loyalty means shit to some people.
