would a "factory" cd changer from a phase 1 clio V6 be compatable with my trophy cd player? how much would the lead be or is there one hidden under the seat already?

it was on the "bay" a few weeks ago...thought about buying it and seeing if it would just plug in ok....didnt bother in the end...dare say i really need one from another 182....
