AST top mounts - Castor adjustment

Can anybody who has AST top mounts advise on the rough value of full castor?

I've read on clio sport that it's advised to run them at max castor (from respected people not the usual idiots) but from what i can find the Trophy has more castor than other sport models as standard so maybe this isn't advisable with the T?

I was thinking about setting them to about 4 degrees maybe as much as 5, then running slightly less negative camber than other at around 1 degree 30 mins and the usual 10 mins toe out.

Any thoughts from the gurus?

I thought with the AST you didn't have much choice in that the way they work as you change the camber you also alter the castor???????????

yeah that's correct.

I didn't mention (whoops!) that I also have eibach camber bolts
