Hey guys, The Sachs are coming off '380' later as they're booked in with Ben on the 8th. I've noticed a lot of people saying that they've had the struts un-pinned to allow adjustment to the damping. I've had a quote of £25.00 each + vat, is it worth me getting this done while they're away?

What is there that should be replaced on the front suspension assembly same time when getting the dampers refurbished? Rubber mounts etc. Anyone got renault part numbers?

Hi guys, Am in the process of removing my dampers and I cant get the top nut to budge at all. Sprayed it with WD40 but still no luck. If I was to put the jack under the disc with the car on axle stands would this take some of the pressure off the nut making it easier to undo? Or should I...

The time has come to part with my Trophy. I actually had it up for sale in Feb & had quite a bit of intrest. But alas I had to withdraw from sale as the the deal on my replacement fell through & a day later my wonderful baby daughter was born..... 8 weeks early. 33K miles Aux Belt Feb 2009...

Interesting article in the June magazine comparing the 200 cup and the 172 cup; 200 was 1.5 secs a lap quicker due to its "trick front suspension system and brakes" but the 172 was "more fun" ( I paraphrase). I believe Mr Metcalfe, who has some standing within said mag, owns a Trophy; I wonder...

I have just taken my Trophy into renault and got told my front shock drivers side has gone, now is it best to get a replacement from them or buy some new shocks? The replacement wil cost just under £1500. :(
