Cheers Hoolio - admittedly it has been a while since i posted
I actually still access the site for a quick look most days but just havent been logging in or actively posting - maybe i should try and rectify that - it was and still is a cracking little forum :)
Excellent - good luck with the venture =D>
I remember you and i exchanging a few PMs a while back on here regarding trainers.
If you are looking for some rare Adidas stock (size 10's) i might consider letting a few pairs go ;)
Yeah - unable to connect to home since Friday, hopefully they get the server issues sorted soon.
I'm on COD5 too - dont reckon its as good as COD4 though.
Anybody played Resistance 2 (liked the 1st one online) or Little Big Planet?
Hoolio, if you like Fleet Foxes and Bon Iver you should check out J Tillman - he is the drummer/percussionist with Fleet Foxes and does his own solo stuff. He has a few earlier releases available at the moment and has a new album out on 12th January. Let me know what you think :D
I agree with you Hoolio, i dont think its been a great year for new music or even just music in general. One 2008 album that stands head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion is Fleet Foxes (even better live by the way) debut. I've put Kings of Leon on my top 3 too but feel their earlier...
I dont seem to get the mails either these days. Whats the other website you use for the information Audrey?
This is a good thread that should definitely remain active.
Mark - did you phone around before settling on Yates & Bloomfield? Previous exhaust group buys on here (including the one i set up last year) have offered better discounts across different exhaust systems and without having a need to get 10 orders or more.
Just thought it was worth mentioning...
Interesting to see they have addressed the issue of the short gearing with the new 197 cup, all cars built from November onwards will have a longer fifth and sixth gear.
I think they are all different versions of the same model of engine, for example the Murano engine is detuned and has less horsepower than the one found in the Zed.
I agree Steve, i'd prefer to fly in and hire something for the day/weekend. So if anyone is interested in halfing in on a days/weekends hire let me know ;)

Been using it for a couple of weeks now and cant say i'm blown away by it. Seems to be a few improvements in some areas of the search facility but definitely a step back in others.
Its still in Beta testing so hopefully the finished product will be a bit slicker. Didnt see an option to send...
Link to Autotrader article on the Ultima with a video of the lap record being smashed - tidy lap and what a noise.

Apparently the new lap record wont stand though as it wasnt the Stig at the wheel.
Article in this months EVO: Cooper S Works beats R27 and as a result the R27 misses out on a place in next months Car of the Year issue.
Interesting :!:
Congrats on the fiftieth sale Steve - i'm sure there will be plenty more to follow too. Looking forward to seeing the pics of the civic and hearing what you think of it when it finally arrives.
Glad to hear you are enjoying the car Ollie. I posted my thoughts on the Z on here a while back after an impressive test drive. I've been trying to track down the 'right' 350Z for the last couple of months but havent managed to locate one that fits the bill yet. I'd say you payed a bit over the...
The Trophy doesnt book in Glass's guide - so most dealers will treat it no different to a 182 cup.
Would be best speaking to Steve at Allvehicles as he will be more likely to price it accurately.
I'm thinking he must have meant 'poor fuel economy' - if not i'm completely baffled!
I wouldnt say the 350z is that bad on fuel it should return a combined figure of 24/25 mpg - which is not too bad considering it has a 3.5 litre engine with approx 300bhp. 350Z would be my choice but i dont...
looking good on the 17"s - do you have any pics of the car stationary with the wheels on?
I'm sure someone on here is selling a set that would just need powder coated :)
