Just a thought but maybe you need to reset the ecu some way so it can better learn you driving style if your brother is doing the same driving and getting better mpg. Another thing did you do your oil service with the siklolene pro, perhaps the engine may not run as nicely on the renault stuff.

My mate just had tyres fitted by costco. Afterwards the weights they put on came off on the mway, 3 loud banging noises scared the sh*t out of us.

Well thanks everyone. I am not looking until feb but I think its good to be prepared. My mate just told me that you shouldn't change your oil until 10k as its running in oil and the car won't make full power if you go to fully synthetic before then, to be taken with a pinch of salt I suppose.

Anyone know any independents for the annual service around london that are reliable? Just trying to get an idea on running costs when I eventually get a trophy.

The centre of gravity in a vx isnt that great after all it has the engine from a front wheel drive car so it has a high pivotal point or at least that was what a guy once told me on a track day when I commented on how good a passenger ride was in one.

Its not false advertising if they actually sell it to the guy that has a deposit on it but I guess the chances of that are slim.

I was interested at £9,995 :), anymore than that then I'm going to wait till after christmas to start looking for one.
