438's are the same as the more aggressive 421's but with a lot better idle and run well on standard management.
My choice would be 438's but done at Tdf.
I dont think anyone knows the standard rates (except MF!) but these are the eibach rates

Mark is a great guy and will sort out anything you need. he has done work on my previous Trophy and my current ph1 sprint car which has his Koni revalved rear shocks on which are worthwhile on either car if you use it on the track.
I had pneumonia over xmas/new year so already lost 1/2 stone on my already light weight frame, I am trying to put some on lol
