Thats just anal IMO , ive had my clio since new 2005 used it daily in Scotland rain ,shine and snow and thats mine just in for there first refurb this week . Stop worring about the suspension and enjoy the car the way its meant to be ......

I spoke with some dutch guy at the renault sport specialist garage in pollockshaws in glasgow and he advised that if the shocks are not leaking there is no need to refurb them . Ive called every renault dealer in central scotland today compairing prices for getting the timing belt kit done...

Price includes the plate "T26PHY" which i have been offered £500 for to sell on its own , and its booked in for the belts ,service and mot tomorrow at a cost of £750. Not much point making an offer the price is £7650 and ill not be dropping it especially after the cost of the service...

Car is booked in for the belts,service and MOT tomorrow , i see 1's with 60k for £6500 on autotrader ,that and the fact its a rare car up here , i think ive seen 1 other on the road in the 5 years ive had it . Personnally i think its a steal at that price ,but if it doesnt sell ill just keep it...

without sounding ignorant did you even read my first post ? who ever buys it will be the 2nd owner, serviced at the correct intervals as per service book ,not due the belts yet and never had any probs with suspension , my mrs used it to get to work and go shopping dont think shes revved it...

i just found out that the reason mines was handleing funny was down to the camber and caster being way out on the right side and perfect on the left , i didnt have a camber bolt so ive just had the tracking sorted for now and it feels like a different car . Id advise a 4 wheel alignment :wink:

Im still not seeing a definate setting or confirmation what the standard settings should be , i read it the further down the page someone posts different settings ??? leaving me confused i do know how to use the search but most threads leaving me confused ?? be nice if someone could just post...

Im planning on getting the wheels aligned on mine as it seems to be pulling to the right a bit , could someone confirm the correct settings i should be looking for ? do i just use the clio 172 / 182 settings ? id apreciate a fast response on this as the cars at my m8s garage tonight to have...

Im still on my oe exhaust and suffer the same , mostly due to the lack of miles i do in the car , im sure i even went back to renault to get it checked , and i had it checked on the rolling road , its purelly water trapped in the exhaust and hafter a good spirited drive its not long in...

im sure i read somewhere it would have the sequential gear box in it ,that is probably 8K on its own , just wish renault would just pull the finger out and produce a clio with a turbo strapped to it then id part with my trophy .
