Big thing is tyre pressures. The car will feel bouncy and crashy if u don't get them correct. I run 30 on front and 28 on rear. Are the Sachs pinned or unpinned? I'd go to the softest setting

The whole reason most go for the scorpion is that it sounds great and isn't boomy. The original system is very bland and characterless. I for one don't want an exhaust to sound like that

Yep, sounds like new gearbox needed. Possibly clutch too. Whats the mileage? and has it ever had a new clutch or gearbox oil changed?

Probably make more breaking it. £750 for the seats, £300 for the wheels, £100 for the spoiler etc etc. out of interest how does it run on 150k?

I believe using the softest setting has a negative effect on the dampers/ride comfort. i spoke with a guy who knows his suspension inside out and adjusted mine to the firmer setting which matches the springs and stopped the bouncing completely:)
