Are you sure you don't just need a new manifold to cat mounting kit. Mine required this, it cones with new cups that had rusted through on mine.

Looks awesome (apart from the toe strap), wish I had time to sort mine out to this level of detail.

I have used the MPG Calc iphone app over a few full tanks and it gave 33 real MPG which was in the same ball park as the dash display.

Takes longer to warm up though so more friction, heavier oil. More drag on wet roads moving all that water.

Ambient Temp has a large effect on MPG.
