Reading all these reports about what might be 'normal' for a Trophy (the suspension clunk?) and what is definately not (the sticking throttle) made me think we need some feedback from the guys who developed the car at Renault. Maybe they need some feedback from US too! This forum is probably...

I agree! I agree! I believe strongly that Renault should be made aware of serious things like this. If there is a problem we ALL need to know and get it fixed. I'm sure Renault would welcome the feedback too - like any business, I'm sure they dont want any serious accidents laid at their door...

Nurburgring Interested in the comments about the Nurburgring as my trophy is taking me for a look see in April. We're going on public days rather than a track day. Since the Nurburgring is a public toll road (I believe!!) I wonder if my normal insurance would cover the car - it's not actually...

Done! Splitter now fitted :D Took about 15 minutes. Looks much better :shock:

Coming to a grage near me soon... Dealer has agreed to source and fit the missing splitter. Have to ring them in a week to make sure they have found/received it.

me too... I noticed this strange clunk on full lock on day one. And day two... and every day since. Only occurs on full lock going backwards or forwards. Only clunks the once then i dont hear it again. Also noticed a kind of squirming feeling from the tyres on full lock. Looked at the tyres...

32 Been getting 32 while running in and doing motorway work. Still to find out what it will do in the lanes.
