I'm sure I'm not the only one, but took full advantage of long weekend to clean the trophy. Due to work commitments she hadn't been cleaned for five weeks! It's all good now though!

According to my AVIC X1R headunit which uses GPS and the speed pulse from the ABS to monitor speed and distance, my speedo is only 1mph out @120. Not too bad I don't think!

My clio is exactly 28 days old (in my ownership) and has covered exactly 1000 miles! I have more than trebled my monthly mileage since owning it! can't stop driving it!!!

Mine wasn't fitted when I went to pick it up! When I queried it the salesman tried to fob me off about not having one until I produced a picture from here showing the splitter. He soon went and got it from the workshop and a mechanic fitted it there and then! :roll:

On my commute to work through stop start traffic I get between 27 and 28! Not to bad! On a run over to my Dads, about 10miles away I get about 33!

Well I've bitten the bullet and bought a pioneer Avic X1R. Just goin to have to do without the stereo stalk controls! :cry:

Once i've put my new head unit in, i'll definately miss the stalk controls! If there was a cheapish remedy i'd be interested!

My local audio dealer has assured me the adaptor he can order does work! He kept babbling on about how they have worked on a couple of trophies (but described a 172 cup!) so i'm not sure it will! It costs £60. What do the denison things do? And would one work with a trophy?

I have just read over on cliosport that an adaptor is now avaliable for the trophy stereo stalk controls. Is this true? If so where from? Cheers, Nige.

Used to like it until I was unwell and couldn't keep anything down. My girlfriend came in and sat next to me with marmite on toast and the smell had me running for the toilet! Haven't eaten it since, the smell reminds me of sick! :oops:

I think I bought the last available trophy I think on the 29th Dec from walker Renault Stourbridge. They searched the dealer network, but non were showing!
