Just realised I have brand new discs and pads, so my carrier is currently going to be at furthest outer position. But looking at the clio workshop manual which is from a phase 1 the setup is the same, tres confused! unless disc thickness and pad thickness increased on 182s.

Hello all, Just wondering if anybody else has used these as track wheels. I have a set (et 43) and when i put them on the spokes just (i mean just) clash with the rear brake carrier. A small spacer makes it clear but i thought the rear setup has never really changed much on any of the clios...

How do you know you are comparing like for like on your 180 hp? Compression can make a big difference especially with NA. Atmospheric conditions etc etc. At the end of the day do you like how it drives? Thats the important thing. The big thing i noticed with the RS2 is bags of extra low down...

Your MPG will go down. It stops the fuel cut off when you back off the throttle at higher rpms, so don't complain about that!

Double check all your vacuum hoses etc into your inlet, although that would result in other issues!

Got back on friday as well. Was awsome!! We did mon tues weds evening and really quiet laps all dry for me :) Its so much fun! Cant wait for the next trip! A trophy trip would be awsome!!

Well i was running my one rounds brands with an empty rear end standard setup and was great! Dampers not even depinned. I was having fun anyways! If anything i was getting understeer in the morning so dropped the front pressures a bit and sorted out the front no end. I found it quite nicely...

I went with brent acre this year. Can have as many mods as you like as long as not over 190 bhp at the fly. No fee for declaring any mods. European cover, protected no claims as well. 850 at 23 5 yrs ncb. Happy enough still a lot :shock:

yea mate 5W-40 is the recommended oil for the engine. Get yourself over to opie oils for soem good prices they do a good service kit with oil and filter. Depends on your use at to which make of oil you go for. millions of threads on it over on cliosport. Ed
