I would guess they fitted the cup packed 182 dampers rather than the 182 cup dampers, as the Trophy is just a 182 cup with posh suspension on the front.
As per Dave - rear suspension is that of the 182 Cup - as standard hey come stickered as above but they are the same as the cup.
Read_Beastie: who knows? perhaps yours have been changed previously?
Well in theory running the spring with no damper will stress the spring more, but the rears do very little, and its not a heavy car so unless there is any signs of wear i wouldn't worry too much.
i've never taken the T for a hack on the Autobahn - however i did drive to Austria last year. i can't really comment on the speed of the T as mine was loaded to the roof with Snowboard gear and some wrc spec snow tyres for the back roads but i have to say the driving in Germany is immpecible...
Just to add i am the 3rd owner
A few people have asked about the black strip on the bumper. This is just a vinyl sheet and comes off no proplems!
Will listen o offers from around £5,800 from members - call me on 07960582011 if you want to discuss anything

Sadly the time has come to part company with my much loved Renaultsport Clio Trophy.
It is build number 226 of the 500 that were released in the UK and has just over 54,000 miles on the clock. This will creep up as the car is in daily use
It has a full service history and benefits from a very...
As said its the PAS fluid.
I would check that your system doesn't have any leaks. Mine looked like that when the pressure switch wraped its hand in and satrted peeing fluid out all the time. I'd check to see if you have any leaks but it no major problem.

Lol, the UV windscreens don't reflect heat. Plus do they stop the sun shining on the rest of the car.
Just open the windows for 2 mins before you get in and get a sun blind as above
182 at the wheels would have to be 200 + bhp at the fly!
the 182 as mentioned is ps, which is an at the fly figure when bench tested by renault.
Mines running 172.6 BHP ATF with just a stainless cat back system ITG panel filter and RS Tuner Map.
The Cats on the 182's are already "sports cats"...
Well, not strictly true.
I have one running an RS192 exhaust and ITG panel filter. The remap really does help the cold start issues and does help smooth the torque curve below 4K ish - also smooths out the "flat spot" which i always found around 3.5K. But the 5K kick is still very much where...
Is the size of the piping the same also? In my experience a single box tends to boom more at higher speeds. So if you do a lot of motorway driving you may want to ave a think!!
