don't get me wrong, the clio trophy is probably the best front wheel drive hot hatch car in its class, but is no match against a subaru wrx.I have lived with both cars and can
definitely enter my favourite B road twisties mutch faster in speed(mph) than I could in the clio.the subaru does...
having owned a trophy , and reverting back to a subaru
wrx. I can confirm that the subaru would carry the same and " more" speed into and through a corner as a Trophy.sorry to be blunt but truthful.

just couldn't get to grips with the trophys small cabin
and that torque steer under full power.think I will always
be a subaru man

went for a my 03 version 8 wrx fitted with ppp kit, 18wrc prodrive wheels 9000 miles on the clock one previous owner.best deal i could get was £12800 for the trophy

obvious, car mat ect but cant see anything
contacted dealer today. they dont know if this
is normal or not, they have asked me to bring
the car in for a inspection with mechanic/test drive

can any one tell me if this is normal,when accelerating hard
the pedal feels smooth, then halfway down seems to stick
just for a moment then runs smooth again,is this normal
or does the car have a problem?.

This is not easy to answer,the reason I sold my subaru uk prodrive sti7, was fuel consumption, 16 miles to the gallon just to expensive to run. You cannot compare the two cars. The subaru 305 ps 0 to 60 4.6 secs against the trophy 182 ps. but as far as a hot hatch it comes tops in my book, and...
