After 3 years SORNed in the garage number 263 came out into the spring sunshine today.

Weather was beautiful so I took advantage and gave the car a good wash, colour restore, wax and vacuum.

Will be back out on the streets of the west midlands in the next few months when I get the MOT, cam belt, service, front brakes pads and disks sorted.

Can’t wait to start driving it again.

Not a bad investment back in February of 2014 for £3.5k

Just over 60,00 miles on the clock now and in excellent condition inside and out.

Take a look 263.png 263 a.png 263 wheel.png

Nice! Love the look of that wheel. Need to get mine done at some point.

I'm in almost the exact same situation!

Just got 380 running again last week and my daily car is an M135i (with M-Performance exhaust obviously). The BMW is a great all-rounder but doesn't have the chassis control or poise of the Clio when going flat out.

Is yours a 235i?

Yes 235i with Performance pack. Damn thing is too fast if you know what i mean, only had it 2 months a not been the right weather to apply the right pedal :flushed:

Clio wheel is a lot better , although not driven it properly since had it refurbished.
Had a 182 in Black/Gold back in 2004 when i purchaed it new.
Owned for 5 years and always missed it, jumped at the trophy when the prices had bottomed out a few years ago.
I kept telling my wife it would be a future classic
I was right :tonguewink:

Love a fast BMW myself, but I'm more of an E39 M5 kind of a guy. Wouldn't make a particularly good replacement for my daily driver though...
