    Trophy #205 For Sale £4995

For sale is my 2005 Renault Clio Trophy (205/500). Having owned this car slightly over 4 years I can say it's been one of the most enjoyable and reliable cars I've owned and certainly lives up to it's reputation as one of the best FWD hatchbacks ever made! Only selling due to the recent purchase...

A couple of laps of Goodwood

Drove Goodwood for the first time yesterday, good fun that track. These were from my first session so not the quickest of the day but the bloody GoPro ran out of battery after this which was annoying. In the later sessions I was lapping nearer to 1:30 which I was happy with...

    The Nurburgring In My Trophy

This was the 2nd lap I completed, slow I know but with no knowledge of the track I didn't fancy an off. Gopro ran out of battery for the final two in which I was getting slightly more confident. All in all it's good fun and that's the real reason I went. http://youtu.be/b7fozje07o4

    Anyone fancy one of these?

Illustrated my Trophy the other night messing about and after posting it on Cliosport it seemed fairly popular and a few people enquired about buying prints. With that in mind I popped it up on Redbubble so people can grab a copy if they like and there's a few options of what prints you can...

BC Racing Coilovers & My Trophy

They cost me just shy of £800 and the Sachs will be staying in my possession until I sell the car so I can revert it back to standard.

BC Racing Coilovers & My Trophy

When one of my Sachs failed recently I was in a real dilemma over what to do. To have them refurbished is the best part of £500 just for the front two shocks and there’s no real warranty on the repair. Combine that with the horror stories of people having them refurbished just for them to either...

Made a little change at the weekend...

Finally someone on the same page as me. I'll certainly let you know how I get on with them, going to cornerweight the car this evening and get the allignment sorted Saturday. As for paying for fitting them, if you can't undo 10 bolts you don't really deserve to own one of these.

A £400 refurb that comes with no guarantee that it will last any longer than a week?

Made a little change at the weekend...

Yes that's an option but one of my Sachs had decided to go soft on me and I just don't see the refurb as an economical option for myself.

Made a little change at the weekend...

They are indeed BC's. Decided on them for various reasons but the main ones being that they offer damping adjustment for sub £800 and I ran them on my EK9 and absolutlely loved them. I haven't posted any full pictures yet as the car looks like it's doing a poo at current as the rear ride height...

    New wheels for the Trophy

Whilst these are on it means I can refurb the Turinis. The wheels i came across on ebay, turned out I knew the chap selling them who was an old friend so popped to see him and pick them up. Then my Dad powder coated them for me and I grabbed some tyres off a friend of a friend so all in wheels...

    New wheels for the Trophy

After killing another pair of tyres on the Turini's I decided to be a cheap skate and downsize to 15's to save myself a few quid in the long run. Don't panic the Turini's aren't going anywhere. Anyway what's everyones thoughts on the new rolling stock?
