You know what, I was looking at selling my towcar at the end of this year and going back to the RS's. I looked at 197 Cups/R27's and then looked at broker prices of the 200 and decided that would be what I wanted. Just when I was thinking I do prefer the look of the 197, you post these pics...
As Keith said there are a couple that run down the splitter too, hopefully whoever put your splitter on hasn't ignored them and screwed over them. There is also 2 on the front of the wheel arch too. Really easy job though. As you say, well worth a minute to wash over the suspension too, they...
Get one, you won't be bothered by fuel, it won't be too much worse than what you have got (after the first couple of weeks of ownership). However what money you will spend on fuel, you wont resent paying because you will enjoy driving so much more. You wont find any car with the same performance...
I don't think it looks quite right in the standard interior, but I know how nice they feel, so I can't blame you. I couldn't do without the CC though lol.
You have got to get the inserts spayed red though, it looks so boring without IMO.
It also happened to mine from cold as I turned off of my drive. Incidentally it also happened in a 370z that I was in last night...exactly the same noise.
Or just find a 182 at a dealer and drive that....they are the same in a straight line.
Sounds like a dodgy one really but then saying that I have never been in a clio sport that has been much slower, even the older 172's. They are still pretty good at the bottom end of the revs but anything...
I missed the part about him already having a viper.
But in answer to your question, when you can have a used Viper for £50-odd quid now (a setup which worked great with a CAF on my car) I would not recommend spending out £400 on a new maxogen, I have always said that. Not sure whether a Maxogen...
Don't bother with a maxogen, unless you can find a cheap used one. Not sure whether they are better with or without a air feed, but I imagine with. May be worth looking at a viper with a cold air feed as great results can be had with that, but for much much cheaper.
Regardless of where the...
You still don't seem to be understanding, diesels have that high torque, very briefly...it means very little. All it means in a diesel is you would have 'more chance' of winning against a Trophy if you caught the owner unaware and it was in the bottom of the rev-range and out of the power band...
