Welcome to the forum, I love the mk1 RS. I think the Clios run a lot better on 98 Ron+ I certainly noticed the difference and there is a sticker on the inside of the fuel cap that says 98 Ron recommended. :)

My dampers are on the way back from CF at the moment so when they're back on the car I will let you know my thoughts. After driving with cup dampers on the road and track I imagine they will feel extremely firm.

I was going to refurb them anyway but I was just amazed at how far the rod was moving on the better looking one. The other makes a hissing sound when I lean on it! :(
