I have a full set-up, front and rear. Fronts were refurbished, powder coated and de-pinned last year - used for around 1000 miles. I have photos of the fronts but not the rear - but I can get some if you are interested...

Williams engines do come up for sale occasionally, I saw one go on ebay a month ago for £370, others with a good service history and belts changed would be a couple hundred more +. Your main problem I suppose would be shipping. Good luck.

Have you asked this on williamsclio.co.uk? They may be more familiar with mk1s, I know a lot of the guys there have done huge amounts of work on mk1s - not sure about the 1.4 though. The 1.8 16v lump is 137bhp as standard ;)

Just noticed the dodgy second picture - bit blurry and upside down. Heres the right way up but same pic. They are on the inside sill just up from the floor of the car. Thanks dablk, do you mean these or the switch? Or both? I was thinking side impact sensors perhaps for airbags.

Can anyone tell me what these are: This switch is clipped in to the drivers seat rail - and there is one of these each of the car - cheers guys.
