Trophy Full Suspension set up - Refurbed dampers and springs

Price drop by £50. So, that's a great, recently refurbed set of front Trophy dampers, and nearly new rear dampers for £650. OR Dampers and BRAND NEW Sportline springs and camber bolts for £775. You can buy some secondhand dampers for a lot less, but factor in a minimum of £500 refurb costs...

Trophy Full Suspension set up - Refurbed dampers and springs

Hi James. They are brand new but I realise I will have to let them go for less than I bought them. I'd start off at £130 posted. This is only if somebody doesn't want them with the dampers though. Thanks Al

Trophy Full Suspension set up - Refurbed dampers and springs

I am selling a full Trophy suspension set up, with recently refurbished front dampers. This set up will fit a 182 Cup, a 182 with Cup Packs and the Trophy. I bought the dampers off a guy on Cliosport last July. I have not even fitted these to my car as I have been preoccupied with another...

Best set up with Trophy dampers for my 182

    Cool, thanks. I think

Best set up with Trophy dampers for my 182

Cool, I think that is good advice. I'll just start with some Sportlines then, rather than jumping in with a different set up. Just out of interest, how stiff should the front dampers be? I have them unfitted at the moment and can't get the piston to move one bit with all my weight leaning on...

Best set up with Trophy dampers for my 182

I've just completed the 1st stage with my plans for my 182. I've fitted 15" Superleggeras on fresh rubber. The difference in ride quality around town is really noticeable, so much better. I can't vouch for changes in handling/grip etc but pretty confident the lower unsprung weight will mean all...

Best set up with Trophy dampers for my 182

So will the MF springs be the preffered option if I want a drop too? I've searched for photos on here and some cars on MF springs do seem to look noticeably lower than standard....

Nah, they are a straight swap onto a Cup packed 182.

Best set up with Trophy dampers for my 182

That's great, thanks for that, exactly the sort of thing that helps make decisions, Cheers So, based on your set up and experience, there would be no value in the Koni adjustables or the MF springs. Will the Sportline springs lower the ride height much from standard Trophy?

Best set up with Trophy dampers for my 182

Hi, I have owned a Cup packed 182 for over 4 years now, determined to keep it as long as possible. Always kind of wished for the Trophy set up so I have just invested in a full set of Trophy dampers. I was wondering what you guys could recommend to get the set up correct. Lots of advice already...

has anyone swapped to an R26r

They look great, Evo say they are epic and are probably a pretty good long term investment. Too rich for my blood, and with kiddie on the way, just not possible anyway. How different is the chassis to a 230 R26? You can certainly add some lightness to one of those to get halfway to the weight...

    Carbon Bonnet

Has anyone had one painted? do they take much prep over a standard bonnet? I'm interested in them from a weight saving perspective but it would have to be painted body colour.
