Ok guys and girls...

I'm looking to gauge interest on the DLC coated damper shafts for the near future..
Given the cost involved and lead times I don't want to find myself either short on stock come the spring when you all want dampers doing at the same time or with loads of stock no one wants..
Shafts will be coated to order so if you could also give an idea of when you would want them fitting that would also help me get time allocated ..
First come first served as with the day job I can only do 2-3 sets a month without getting a divorce ... Lol

So if this is for you please DM or email me and I can get a idea of demand..

image.jpeg Plus just for info and you owners struggling with finding gaitors like the OEM ones. Should be easy to open out to 25mm for our dampers
The power flex bump rubber and gaitor looks like it will do the trick. £40 delivered from demon tweeks

@image.jpeg On the back of the protective gaitor we also have a silicone cover to keep the grit out of the adjuster mechanism. All existing customers will be sent these to fit. And can be specced on rebuilds if required.

Credit for this goes to @NathanH tho who passed the info onto me /us

The adjuster for my mind is the most vunrable part of the unit .. it seizes up if not cleaned and greased and this is why BG dont even try to rebuild them .. they just fit new if you want de pinning as the time involved is way to much to pass on the the customer..

But if you fit these boots after a rebuild it will mean future rebuids can be faster and therefore cheaper... Future servicing with a good unit thats already powdercoated would be only £200 or so with a functioning adjuster ..

Hi Rik - are you happy to share where you sourced the plastic cover from? I'd like to fit them to mine. Cheers.

Cheers Rik. Always worth being a little cheeky I guess!

It does get used every day so it will be a good for testing though [emoji51]
